Voting for round three starts Monday, April 29st at 10AM, You can vote for Wellsboro too! You can vote twenty-five times a day from an IP address until May 26. Then the top ten main streets in America will proceed to Round 3, where a panel of judges will choose the winner. The winner gets a grand prize of $25,000 to revitalize its downtown.
